Mr. Hamza : I concur. However it's usually a long way between a proposal and a wedding. A joint announcement I believe would have carried much more weight in the market place or better yet an exercise in patience until a signed contract was in hand could have lead to a much more sustainable rally and market move away from, until it's lower support level is violated, what appears to be a new accumulation base formation between 60 and 80 cents.

Unfortunately for me perhaps, my investment discipline does not allow me to get carried away by potential that needs outside confirmation coming later rather than now or sooner. Betting on the come is a practice in Las Vegas and other casinos and everyone in the game knows they are gambling. I would have felt more comfortable, had the ALYA news release been more clear that the they did not have a commitment for a contract unless the Motorola powers had agreed to the proposal. Rather they followed up by using the explanation that terms and financial conditions would be released after a formal contract had been signed. I am sure that you can recognize the significant difference in the careful wording of today's release. I look forward to seeing the real good news in the not too distant future or perhaps a clarification of today's news to the effect that Motorola has actually committed to such a program.
