Yup, All this IPR BS aside, it's an up and comin' company. Looking forward to their next aquisition/merger. Like to see the (IPR)BS get resolved though, so all companies can get on with their business. You don't make money by refusing to sell technology. Regards, Mardy.

Congratulations for you past returns which have been excellent. Hope you continue to do well in the future. The "bad joke" comment was probably not a thoughtful comment by me - just frustration that the Ericy management seems to have its head in the sand. Sure GSM is going great guns worldwide, but why not do as Nokia has done, participate in the other major technology in the world markets - CDMA one? Why not? Curious. Opportunity is there - waiting. Certainly with the strong presence Ericy has in place around the world - the best - bar none, there is an advantage to add a string to the bow -CDMA - ( the fastest growing technology worldwide), n'est-ce pas? Or not - what is there it lose? And lots to gain, no? Chaz
