Fred, Thanks for the MACD info. I use MACD with intra-day charts for both stocks & spoos with 12-25-9 setting, along with other indicators. I have found the zero line is very significant as far as a trend continuing, so it's always nice to be on the right side of zero. When MACD hangs around the zero line, it usually means consolidation or indecision.
I'll have to try it on the a/d line.
