tonto.....I agree that the company will be included in the investigation, but, the attorney general's sole purpose is not to put the company out of business. Their job is to ferret out criminal activity and fine or imprison the guilty parties. The company is a viable entity. Arif has committed securities fraud in my mind, and many others. If Arif is found guilty, he will either be removed from Firamada and/or pay restitution to shareholders. "As the World Turns" continues..............

tonto you are probably correct, although i think the departure of Arif would give at least a small confidence boost to investors.
