I called them and they said I was sent notice. I never got any notice.

Just like they said that they mailed out the monthly statements. There are lots of people who haven't received them.

Regards.
Rajiv

Datek "covered" my position in LHSG for me at 9:30am @45 3/4. I had a limit order in to cover @38. It's the third time in a month that they have played this little game. They did not preannounce what they were going to do, they didn't bother to explain what they did after the fact, and when I called they still couldn't explain what happened.
As with LHSG, SRCM also was covered for me just preceding a big drop in price (67%)
I'm pretty disappointed with these schmucks.
Seems odd that they never call in your shares for you just before the price goes up. Why me? Is it because I have a small account? Do I come first in alphabetical order. Does someone bigger than me need/want the position? (most likely) Do I have the biggest face on the dartboard? etc.etc.

regards,
bb

<<The Customer Support person actually told me that many stocks are now being marked
No Shorts because people were loosing money.>>

I am short HEPH with a gain and DTLN with a loss and both are now marked NS (no shorting). Curious.
