Actually the delay is good news. I have confirmed that some furniture and trading desks were not delivered/installed on time. This may be a blessing because not to many people including the media would be interested in IT today when NEW YORK will be throwing a ticker tape parade for the Yankees today! A weeks delay is nothing and at we confirmed again that there will be a Grand Opening! Warmest Regards

Jhild, have you ever had a residence or commercial property built? I have done both. We built a new residence five years ago and commercial property a couple of years ago. Every building project has delays. Ask anyone who has ever built. My wife and I were upset about delays at the time of construction, including fixtures, etc. Now it is all forgotten. We have nice properties that are very functional. Get it, a few pieces of missing equipment coming in probably next week doesn't mean that Insider Trading won't be successful.
