Insiders can be overconfident and delude themselves just as easily as the rest of us.

And that's what so bothersome, people who are closer to the business than we are. Can't we conclude their judgement is poorer than ours? At least we can argue that uncertainty about operations is our greatest risk. What is their excuse?
