Susan, If you're a longer term person vs. looking for a short trade, I'd just go ahead and buy it now. I was doing the same thing and bought some last week at 19 5/8....then realized I missed the bottom. It's hard to find the bottom...if you figure out how to do it let me know.<g> Back to PSFT.....I'm buying some stock today. I don't have any PSFT right now and I think it's a good time to buy. This is also for the longer term. Maybe I could find stocks with a bigger potential return but I like to invest in companies/industries I understand. So if I only get a 50% return over the next 12 months at least I'll sleep at night. Hopefully more though. They're having their User Conference next week....maybe that will give the stock a little boost. Mellissa
