I hope people understand how important this ruling is, THERE HAS NEVER BEEN ONE LIKE IT BEFORE!!!!! Now everybody knows why Jack and Mikey and the lawyers didn't want to comment on shares, earnings, revs etc, because that would have been free info for AOL. Ladies and Gentleman, we have a real tight lawsuit now in our favor. It anybody's guess as to what will happen next, although I would expect I nice little news release from BNEZ next week. :-) I would also expect BNEZ wants to start the discovery ASAP. Now I don't know much about that stuff, so I will let someone else comment on it. mitchell ps. now it is time for a smoke and diet pepsi
