if this goes to a lengthy trial.. OBVIOUSLY AOL has more money.. and could outlast us... forcing us to use up all our resources.. HOWEVER, this isn't a typical BB company... lest we forget that the people at the top of BNEZ "ARE LAWYERS" themselves... and thus they can waive alot of unnecessary costs by doing some of the work themselves... this is very encouraging.. jim ps... for the first time in all my investing.. I have just entered an order to buy shares of a stock (BNEZ) before the market opens and am willing to pay the higher price... I am saving half my funds to buy on any dips that might occur during the week... but I want to be the first to pick up more shares on monday... I'll beat you all there! Anyone else getting behind me in line? lol
