Jim- Actually you won't be first in line. Everyone in line to buy at market will pay whatever it opens at on Monday. Don't let the MM's take you for a ride my friend. How do you think the people who paid $1.25 a few weeks ago feel right now? Get my point?

I'd place SOME limit on your offer. Even if it is $1.00 at least you know they aren't going to ROB you blind!

As far as costs are concerned, I wouldn't be surprised to learn that BNEZ's lawyers will be compensated by (1) settlement or judgment and/or (2) stock. Cash is the third choice IMHO. I think BNEZ has some staying power.
As far as picking up stock is concerned, I feel like I stepped in a pile of gold....picked up 5k at the close at $.32 Friday! Just lucky.
