As far as I can tell, this is a precendant setting accomplishment by BNEZ against the communications industry. I would rather like to see BNEZ's reputation and notariety based upon its new software products rather than
a David vs. Goliath type of legal confrontation, but the free press and media coverage is a blessing in disguise. AOL surely has the deep pockets, but probably won't like the idea of BNEZ's lawyers going through its dirty laundry
stacked high in its dark, locked closets. The cost to settle this lawsuit for AOL is minimal, compared to taking the risks of BNEZ's lawyers digging through all of AOL's very private inner workings, and the huge amount of negative press and legal fee's that will be accrued by AOL by letting this go to trial. It is very reminiscent of the very first civil lawsuits by individuals against the tobacco industry and more than likely will be settled very quickly and probably with a
very strict confidentiality agreement that will prohibit BNEZ from disclosing the actual monetary or settlement terms to the general public. Somebody should send an E mail to the shorties over at NITE and FRAN to help liven up their weekend. I seriously doubt you will ever be able to buy BNEZ stock below
$ .50 a share ever again. With some good press coverage over the lawsuit and some good sales figures and numbers on PMA, BNEZ should be going over $ 1.00 a share very soon. Bet the MM shorts are going to be a nervous bunch come market open Monday morning. Paybacks are always a bit&% !!!

Ellen,

what do you think about those with subscriptions to INC. magazine?
Don't they get it by mail before the news stands?
