With regard to the companies mentioned on Grizzly Mountain I think you need to review the Facts Thread more closely...

Please see: Message 5395978
"North American Health and Fitness Acquires Mega Communications
SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 17, 1997--North American Health and Fitness Corp. (OTC BB:NAFT) announced today that it has acquired Mega Communications for an undisclosed amount of stock. "

Also see: Message 5397533

"North American Health & Fitness Shareholders Approve Name Change to 1st Miracle Group, Inc. "

I think adding these two statements together gives us the fact that Mega Communications is now owned by 1st Miracle Group, Inc.

I have not gone the extra step of verifying that these newswires are real - news on Yahoo expires after a short time. In this case I trusted that Capitalism did not falsely create them as this would be a criminal activity - and he seems unlikely an unlikely chap to do such a thing.

I trust that the Special Prosecutor for the Independant Counsel on 1st Miracle Group, Inc - namely Sir Walter Morton-Starr will seek the veracity of Capitalism's copies of these newswires.

[I appreciate DD but not from an investors point of view - not from a prosecutor's point of view - otherwise unneccessary doubt is spread]

With regard to Peter Benz and NAFT - much harder to check out whether the claim with regard to their skill in acquisitions is as fine-tuned as they claim. The section on Peter Benz at the KAHI website does mention the skills in acquisition see:http://www.imt-ltd.com/peter.htm
" Peter Benz -
IMT President
Joining the company in 1995, with Mr. Westlund, Mr. Benz has been responsible for investor relations, financing, and implementing the plan of restructure. Mr. Benz is also the Chairman of the North American Health & Fitness ("NAFT"), A Canadian Corporation trading over the counter. Under the direction of Mr. Benz, NAFT has acquired several independent health clubs in and around the San Francisco bay area creating the California Health Clubs chain of health and fitness clubs. From 1993 to 1995, he was Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Vitafort International Corporation. Previously, Mr. Benz was a Senior Vice President and a Partner at Gilford Securities, Inc., a New York-based banking firm, from 1989 through 1992. Mr. Benz
graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration."

Most of us are expecting Golan and Globus to provide the leadership and skills necessary for success in 1st Miracle Group's business sector. When you have done more thorough research I think you will see they have immense experience in the type of films that 1st Miracle Group will specialise in. They do not intend to try and make a new TITANIC, SAVING PRIVATE RYAN or some such "blockbuster".
It was the attempt to get into high budget movies that started the trouble at Cannon. They have already acknowledged that they have learnt this lesson.

It is great that you are carefully skeptical especially with regard to Penny Stocks. However I dislike that you have just arrived on the board and start sharing every skeptical thought that passes through your mind - have you seen how many posts you have placed here recently compared to how the board has been progressing?

Also for me personally the tone of your posts is overly skeptical and doubtful with hints of paranoia - there are much more constructive, polite and effective ways of joining an ongoing discussion and contributing to the depth of the discussion through good DD.

To arrive filled with doubts and not to be prepared to believe anything and to voice these doubts in the manner you do and over so many posts is in the end not helpful to the board or yourself, as you will engender an atmosphere of hostility and many members of the board will not believe you to be as impartial as you claim.

In this regard it is essential, if you continue to post in the manner you have, that you let the other SI members, who contribute and read this board, know what is your intention in being here.
Are you seriously considering investing in MVEE?
Are you a knight in shining armor who likes to spend time uncovering Penny Stock scams?
Are you someone who has lost money in penny stocks and so now views them all with disdain and now wants to "educate" the rest of SI on the evil of penny stocks?
