So now you have moved from" this company is not legit" to " watch out for a Reverse Spit". What does motivate you by the way?

all without reverse splits. See, some companies do successfully change their name and not all reverse split when they do. Once again, nice innuendo.

Reverse splits are very beneficial to companies that are making money and want to get an Exchange listing. ATEC had a 4 for 1 reverse split and is up 150% since that time and now has institutional investors. YAHOO, lost 31 million dollars the first half of the year and trades at $140 per share. Based upon your theories YAHOO should be trading at 1 cent. Go figure!! Best regards

PS You have shot your self in both feet and cut off your nose to spite your face. Whats in store for us short and long term from you? What stocks are you invested in?

ok...Serious question her Jhild.

As you know I am a Canuck, so I am a little bit confused on this one little point.

In Canada, if a company wants to do a reverse split, they have to have a shareholder vote and then, if the shareholders approve, it can go ahead.

In the U.S. otc, it seems they do not have to get this vote.

Is this the case, or does it depend on where the Corp is incorporated.

I also note, that one stock on the otc, CATV tried to do a 300:1 reverse split, but the shareholders were able to stop it.
