Hi Cheeky - Yes, I have the @Home service (Vancouver) - I believe that you're out of Calgary, right? I know that you have had the service for a week or 2 - has it been fast all the time? It would help me if you would run that tracer again for the si2.go2net.com site and include the addresses this time. I will send yours and a sample of mine to Rogers and hopefully I can embarrass them into taking some action. I just can't believe the times you're getting. Thanks
