Looks like there was a lot of selling yesterday....most likely people bought early in the morning hoping for a run, and when it didn't happen, they sold...hopefully today we will se something of a rebound with the daytraders gone...also, looks like we're right at the 50 day average....

HOW DO YOU DO YOUR DD??????????????

No need to shout... I didn't realize that posting a reasonable comment and request for confirmation from people I trust would get you so riled up. But it apparently did, so I apologize.

However, the fact remains that the AOL ticker symbol did not appear in the release and (I think) that resulted in the PR not appearing on many radar screens. It's good to know that the AOL-specific areas of several sites do, in fact, have the PR listed... that's what I was hoping to hear when I asked. And, yes, I was a little embarrassed when I looked in some AOL-specific news pages (including Yahoo and the one you posted) and saw the PR listed.

But it wasn't on the news section of my Yahoo portfolio watch list (which lists AOL but not BNEZ), it was not listed on my main DLJ portfolio news, and it never generated a DLJ news alert regarding AOL. Unless Joe-AOL-follower ACTIVELY went to the AOL-specific page to discover the news (which s/he shouldn't have to do because it should come up in the main portfolio), s/he wouldn't have seen the release.

So maybe I could have dug a little deeper on this, but the problem is still the same: adding the AOL ticker symbol reference to the PR would have increased (and eased) exposure to this release.

Of course, otcbbbaby's comment that BNEZ needs to be conservative and careful in its releases concerning the lawsuit makes me wonder if the omission may have been intentional...
