Hi Raefon...

As you know, being a market professional, attitudes often *follow* stock price.

BTW, you should realize that within days of filing the original lawsuit against Autoliv, Simula announced the deal with Delphi. Anyone want to bet that this latest lawsuit presages something significant within the next couple of weeks?

As the philosopher Santayana once noted, "Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it."

My guess is that Simula will be announcing something significant shortly. The lawsuit (which is a repeat of the earlier litigation, albeit with some product related differences) looks to me to be something Simula would do in anticipation of the signing of some sort of development deal.

We will know in due course.

Have a good evening.
