Ice- Looks like the Bermuda triangle has settled in Minnesota

1)Ancor makes us potential preferred shareholders. I thought the entire press release was written directly to SI.
2)Jessie "The Body Ventura" wins governorship? It's close
3)Now if the Vikes win the Super bowl I'm convinced that some kind of weird Vortex is sitting over your favorite state. However given the Vikes history Minnesota should return to normal by early 1999

What next from Minnesota? Something in the water, milk and beer? Ed

Larry,

I guess it's now as obvious as the Minnesota gubernatorial race. As I am typing Jesse "The Body" Ventura is leading. He has 37% compared to the Republican Norm Coleman (34%) and the Democrat Skip Humphrey (28%). Forty per cent of the votes are counted.

Before I did some research, it seemed like the BOD might be reacting to a concern that somebody would be wanting to pick up Ancor stock on the open market at its current beat up stock price. I think this is easy to do, as a consortium and through the use of affiliates so nobody knows the buyer. After the research including looking at Cisco's SEC document, it seems like a common device to address shareholder value. It has the added effect of not adding authorized, but unissued shares as per the previous action this year.
