Trey: Have you become blind. I guess you don't think shoving a liberal agenda down the nation's throat is not the same.

I guess, the Black Church used, as political meeting places are ok, as long as it is not a White Church, right! I guess you missed Clinton campaigning in the Black Churches lately, right? And, I guess you did not notice the stink raised about Pat Robertson being a Christian Businessman, but there was no mention of the Reverend Jesse Jackson religious affiliation during the same presidential race. Double standard, you bet!

Ok, now that the liberal agenda (Forced Bussing, Great Society, God out of the Schools, etc.) has been rammed down the throat of the good old USA, let us see the results:

1) Schools that have plummeted to the lowest common denominator and as a result, social promotions and a broad-based 1 in 4 High School graduates are functionally illiterate. Yes these kids have a great future, right! And this country spends more money per child than the rest. (Great Job Liberals.)

2) We now have more people living below the poverty level than before we started the Great Society. And the Democratic give away programs steadily get bigger. Of course, now we have generations in some families that have NOT worked, have NO skills and believe it is their right to be taken care of. If I remember correctly it was the “Right to the pursuit of happiness” not a guarantee of happiness. (Great Job Liberals.)

3) The welfare system encourages child barring out of wedlock. And the more children you have, the more money you get. This program has done serious damage to the family. And, the Black family faired better during the slavery years than it has during the welfare years. (Great Job Liberals.)

4) The youth of the country now aspire to act like gangsters, dress like gangsters and talk like gangsters. Morals with out God forget about it. And for sure, check out the murder rate in South Central LA. (Great Job Liberals.)

5) Reagan proposed in the eighties that The Boomers pay in a surplus to the Social Security system. A plan to not burden the generation to follow them. So, congress went along and greatly increased the rate of Social Security payments. Of course, the Democrats could not keep their hands off the money and starting borrowing it. So, now there is no surplus and the Democrats refer to the Social Security systems as pay as you go NOW! (Great Job Liberals.)

I could write a book, but I tire of this…

Regards,
LG

Trey

Looks like the big boys are playing with the charts again.

Bottom line is that we have a wave of liquidity heading for our markets again.

OT

Your concept about separation of God and state is politically correct. However consider this:

Every single law that is passed is a rule of right and wrong. That is to say that every law is legislated morales, a rule of right and wrong! These new rules of right and wrong are constructed within a set of standards that set the intent of the new rule.

When our nation was founded the set of standards was the Bible. Our founding fathers used it as a yardstick for every law that was passed.

The reason that I would not like to see the religious right folks totally running the show is the lack of bible knowledge that these folks demonstrate. For instance, they have no knowledge of what the bible really has to say about abortion. Most of them would say that it is a topic not directly covered. In saying so they would be wrong. Furthermore they would be shocked to find out just what it did have to say.

I'd better stop .. this thread won't be able to talk stocks for a week now.
