How about AT&T? Mike Armstrong knows the sat business and he wasn't CEO when AT&T got out.

First String Picks--AT&T, Alcatel

Others--GE, Boeing, LMT(again)--these are much less likely at this point than the two above

In regards to jumping all over it at 10--I think they could jump all they want, but Schwartz is the ultimate decision maker. Everyone knows Schwartz wouldn't sell out just because the stock dropped,and they know that a hostile bid is impossible with him at the helm as well. So, he must give any buyer his blessing. Questions to ask--Who would best allow Loral to continue this grand plan, or possibly enhance it? Whose stock would be most attractive to Loral shareholders or, alternatively, who has enough cash to do an all cash deal?
