I must be in looney land Dr Carter has " cut-off what? ...Dr Carter is a criminal who should be indicted, forget the ina bility to borrow HEB shares who the hell do you think he is selling stock to... HEB will never and can never amount to anything...just a stock promotion started by Stratton Oakmont and continued by Dr Carter and his cash paying -promoters.. This is securities fraud and money laundering at it's simplest form.... HEB is so wrapped up in protecting the share price, I'd like to know how they have time to do anything else...

"the structure purposely avoids the question of "WHO proved it false?""

Let's see if we can word things in a more extreme manner next time. I don't need to prove anything to you, because I know I'm right, and I know you're a fool if you think HEB is a good investment for whatever reason. I told you in my last post that I didn't have the information on hand, but would look it up. To say that I 'purposely avoided' giving an answer is twaddle and show your extremely slanted perception toward this issue.

"He has also effectively responded to the misstatements in the Asensio "analysis" as well as suing him for them."

Con artists used to make a mark on the fence post outside of the houses of gullible folks, so they would be able to find them easily when they were back in the neighborhood. If you really believe the above statement, you should go check your fencepost.

"Short selling is an inherently short term trade by it's (sic) very nature"

I stand behind the above statement, and would suggest that if you're going to go the petty route of picking on a poster's grammer, that you at least do it when an error occurs. 'it's' is perfectly correct in the above usage. Look up the proper use of posessives in your English textbook.
