Mitchell, Since you are relaxing, there is no need to respond. But, I appreciated your mention of a shareholders meeting. As you know, I posted this morning an inquiry about having a meeting, official or unofficial, perhaps in Albuquerque. Since BNEZ hasn't called one, I don't expect it is on their agenda. On the other hand, if there is an ***unofficial*** one right in Albuquerque, I expect they would attend. I can see it as an opportunity to pull together on this thing. Of course, there is the expense of getting there, which is not much for me since I live in Phoenix, but for others it could a chunk of change. This I realize. Some things that could be accomplished: 1. Meeting Mr. Ben Ezra and Mr. Weinstein. I think this could instill confidence in all of us. I base this on their background, resumes, etc., and, of course, what they have +managed+ to do so far for BNEZ. 2. Meeting some key employees of BNEZ and letting them explain what they are doing and what they see ahead. A demonstration of PMA would be excellent shareholder PR. 3. Asking the questions we want to ask. What can management tell us about PMA? Perhaps all they will be able to say is what we know, but certainly a review be okay. I know I'd like to know all I can about marketing strategy and progress, but we might not be able to get into that. Speaking of silence, there's another question or series of questions. Why the non-reporting? What does non-reporting have to do with AOL? What does it have to do with the market makers? These are certainly different questions than what are sales to date of PMA, what is the float, etc.? What about the reverse? Not that it matters, but in hindsight, was it the right move? What about the market makers? Is there any way to put a stop to what they are doing? Or, does the company think that they are harmless enough and its just the market that is doing this to our stock? What about the dividend? What is Compass Data? Where is it headed? Why did the company invest in it? And, what about Legislative Information Systems? Who and what are they? Etc. This may all be foolish talk, but I would like to explore it to get other opinions. I am pretty certain such a meeting would be positive. Sure, there would be confrontational situations, but my bet is that reason would prevail and a group of more satisfied shareholders would be headed home after such a meeting. Thoughts? Jud
