I have been seeing more and more articles that indicate the chip oversupply problem is about over. Prices for memory, processors, and utilities are all starting to either level off or actually climb. Box makers are now starting to face rising prices of componants instead of dropping ones.

I wonder if this is real or simply the typical end of year surge. If its real, perhaps now is the time to start accumulation.
