Good evening Markus, Sorry to interrupt, Now you are teaching seperatism? I do not see shalom as teaching but showing. If a Christian is to be a "follower of Christ" which is the definition , then he can only tell the truth. We are called out to not be entangled with the world even though we live in the world.(2 Cor 6)because of pride and false humility? ANy glory given is only given to the ONE that deserves all glory. shalom does not glory in himself, and is telling you the truth about what he is saying about Sam. Do you really believe Sam is into "honest discourse?" I find this type of talk to be divisive, and to promote the seperation of people instead of bringing them to together. Mark, as has already been shown, the cross brings division because of the very message of it. We were low and needy and pitiful and in need of the cross and the message of the cross is accepted....or rejected. Now.. one is white- one is black....there is no fence.. ...so how do you propose to span this gulf?? Do you say that the very message of the cross must be brought to gray? I do towards philosphies that promote the seperation of human beings, or the squelching of honest discourse. I dont think the above statment is really what God would want Sam has not done much but jeer Christians IMO, and that is fine if it makes him happy, Mark, but don't call it discourse. What was the one thing that really fired Jesus into action, Mark? It was the people making a mockery of God's house(temple)(Matthew 21)......and the temple NOW??... Paul tells this to the Christians at Corinth. (1 Cor. 3:16) Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit lives in you? God Bless dan
