carl, you don't buy a stock b/c business looks terrible. you buy a stock that has a low valuation due to things looking terrible. there is a a HUGE difference.

btw, mu made more money last year at this time than they will this year at this time. since last year was better than this year, does that mean 1998 will be better than 1999? hmmmmmmmm...
