Hey DuGen, I read your post. Mmm, good popcorn. I enjoyed reading your feedback. A lot of your questions I don't have the answer to (I wish I did, and perhaps the answers will be forthcoming) but even so I think I can give some answers. Visual Writer is more than a question and answer piece of software. I've been thinking about it and a good analogy for the Visual Writer is a web browser (!). With a browser you can click on hot-links all day long to navigate to where you want to go. But as you know, when it comes time to order a product off the web, or for that matter make a post on SI, you key data in and then hit a "Submit" button. With Visual Writer you hot link to files (bitmaps, sounds, documents, etc.) that are on your PC (actually, they are contained within the Access database file) and your Submit-button-feature is simply to save the document. When the field user comes back to home-base, he/she uploads the document to the main database. Then the piece of Visual Writer called Visual Analyzer becomes key, to analyze all the data which was brought in from the field. <<If Calkins can sell 3,000 copies by himself, and he's now got DeBeers pushing his product, we should see some awesome results. When? >> When I asked Calkins about that during my meeting with him, he didn't have the results of deBeers efforts. He said he was going to touch base with him soon, though. So, again, I don't know, but I would hope that an update there is not too far off. <<If they are selling this product in Europe and South Africa, what is Calkins doing about the language barrier?>> Good question--I don't know. My understanding is that John deBeers is skilled at handling any language or cultural issues, but that educated guess comes from me, not from Calkins. <<There was mention of hiring an IR person. Has he done so, and if not, why not? Would this be Jeffrey Abrahms?>> My guesses only: The IR person will not be hired until Pacel moves into new offices (and that date is not known, my guess is within three months). After speaking with Dave Calkins, I don't see how he would rank the hiring of an IR person over getting settled in the new digs. Persistent investor calls/emails could always get him to change his mind, but I don't know. From what I heard of Jeffrey Abrahms, he would be over-qualified as an IR candidate. As I understand it, Mr. Abrahms is an on-call business consultant/advisor. <<Then the second to last paragraph bothered me. He is going to release more PR's because he now realizes the importance. >> No no, I meant to say that when he does have a PR to release, he is now going to be cognizant of the timing for that release (i.e., not to release after closing, not on a Friday, whatever feedback he's been given). I didn't personally get a sense that he was going to increase the number of PRs because of investment community feedback. <<[PLRP] should be supported by the chart, the price of the stock, volume. It's not. >> I agree 100% and I can't tell you what a mystery that is to me. I've only been following the market and OTC's closely for about a year, but in that time I haven't seen a stock with so much good news and so much promise tank so badly. I have wracked my brain with a ton of theories, but none of them hold up to logic or common sense. All I can say is that if Pacel becomes a filing company, and reports annual revenue in the millions (and both of those should happen within two months) and PLRP's price is still in the dumps, then I think I will have to concede that something is very wrong. I might still hold waiting for a miracle throughout some time in 1999 (1999 is supposed to have so much happen), but I would no longer encourage others to do the same, which would certainly be a different theme than the kinds of posts I'm making these days. Again, thanks for your post, I appreciated hearing the feedback (same with everyone on the thread).
Chris
