Insider Trading has just hired a customer service and technical support person who will enhance the quality of their service. Oh my. A person? That is a mighty absurdly low number of technical support people. How many customers do they need to break even? How many calls will come from a new customer's first 30 days on average? How long on average to service a single call? What hours of service operation are they going to provide? Just between the bells? All of that is going to be covered by one person? Sounds like they have not hired enough support people to execute their business plan (assuming there really is one) at a break even pace. If they have so much money behind them, why aren't they planning for success by having enough people on board and trained when these commercials hit, or is it that the growth of these offices are going to be tediously slow and unprofitable for a long time to come? As for those IT state registrations, it sounds like they may also planning to be registered in the State of Insolvency.
