Actually, oh knowledgeable one that has yet another masterful handle of so many different occupations, I have some questions. How do YOU know what it takes to support ANYTHING? After doing technical support and program development for 10 years in the PC/communications area, I would have to say that it is quite possible for one person to handle about 500 customer's calls. You see, when you are using well established software that has been tested in the market for 4-5 years as the system IT is using has, there aren't many "problems" that arise. Since the traders who are using it already have an "education " in how to use the software (they have probably been doing it longer that you, jhild), they won't create many calls at all. Even IF there were a problem with the software or the system for that matter, IT provides the service and it wouldn't be up to them to "fix" the problem, but instead, simply to report it. This is how the software business works. You fix what you write unless you sell the rights to the code or system that you have written. Once again, welcome to a world where it doesn't sound like you know what you are talking about. The states will be added to the web page shortly and nope, insolvency was one that didn't make the list!!!
