They are still idiots, but in this case now the execs have joined them. This move is a mark of desperation mostly on Chittre's part. IPEC had a chance to make it on its own, but now due to fear and weakness, it threw away a constructive future. It is humorous that these two companies believe their product lines are symbiotic. Given the balance sheet structure of SFAM, IPEC shareholders have been swindled. The only strategy here, as reported by you suggested, is to groom the combined pile in order to bail out the proprietors on a presumed buyout by a bigger fool. I wouldn't have bought either company's technology and the combination makes what either had even worse. I should remind you that you are on record for divulging insider information.
