MrB,

Thanks for the posting of the arbitration stuff. It's the first time I've seen it in its' entirety. When I was commenting on Mr. Sylver's court appearance in early October, I had mentioned how unprepared he seemed for a company executive. This arbitration stuff would seem to confirm my opinions. Now I really truly question the sanity of anyone who would still argue in AZNT's favor.

<<<Never advertised as a 'granted' motion, despite your assertion. Simply a petition for action.>>

You must be right, Bill. No doubt the following makes absolutely no claim concerning the GRANTING of any such motion to compel arbitration.

For all the doubters out there, On November 9th 1998 Motion to compel arbitration has been granted in a Federal District Court of Law. Where's your foot now Spidey? I bet it's in your mouth.

It must be the TON that makes me think that post said that a motion had been GRANTED.

<<<Never advertised as a 'granted' motion, despite your assertion. Simply a petition for action.

Darnitall, it just looks like I'm plain old wrong about that ... I know Spidey sometimes seems to have difficulty reading plain English, but maybe he has been operating under the same wrong assumption and just thinks he read this post from JJ.

BTW, where is JJ these days ...

You obviously think that we are so stupid as to believe anything contained in a motion such as you posted ... anyone can file a motion concerning anything and can make any number and manner of allegation they wish ... this has done nothing other than prove the lack of veracity shown by some of the Wellrich gang and their supporters ...

Thanks Bill for posting the arbitration doc. The thread now has first party information. The arbitrator's opinion I found interesting, and seems to follow a pattern, as does the nonexecutive behaviour of Sylver. Police security had to be considered because of his lack of emotional control?

It would be good to have any responses from AZNT posted too. As observers, I would like to read both sides, instead of having to read someone's spin which I assume will be given, "matter of factly" by those promoting AZNT. <g>
