Hey everyone, I am back. I am going to make this short post then follow up on Wednesday with more info. I have just pulled into Cincinatti after 12 hours in the car with two kids so I am beat. I will say the meeting was very good. I got what I thought were solid answers to everything I asked. I will go into more depth Wednesday, but tow very important things I want to relay tonight. 1) EDGAR software is in the system at Pacel. Dave said with no question, emphatically that Pacel will be a reporting company by the end of the year. I feel he is shooting straight. If nothing else it gets some of the people that call him all the time off his back. LOL 2) I have a rough set of numbers for shares. Colleen, your numbers are very close. The litigation shares are under an injunction and CAN NOT be traded under any circumstance. All of these numbers are going to be posted on the Pacel website very soon, so everyone will be able to see. The numbers are being audited now As long as I am rolling * Two sales reps have been hired * 4th quarter sales still anticipated at 2.8m * Dave does look like St. Nick, just not as heavy LOL * News will be out, just be patient * Pacel has come up with another outstanding program * Great new sales lit and material Bottom line is that I have been long in this stock since the beginning and I am still planning on hanging around. My advice to Dave was to go about the business of making Pacel a winner and at some point the stock will take care of itself. Chris, I asked Dave about shareware and they said since it is really a suite and reliant upon each other, it could not be done. However, they have come up with some other things that will be on the site soon. I will be happy to answer more questions and give more detail Wednesday as I get time.
