Colleen, None of John's statements can withstand close scrutiny. I have read them several times, and in spite of everything, I cannot tell you what they mean. He is not a communicator. I assume he is trying to do something with other companies but who they are and what they do is never revealed. That's why I believe it is better if John says nothing and we learn what is going on from the financials, when and if they are forthcoming. The asparagus should arrive from Harry's Friday. Here is an excerpt from John's letter "PanAmerican HealthCorp is continuing to build upon its existing agreements to provide management services to four providers including one of New York's largest multi-facility group practices. In addition to our ongoing meetings with doctors, we are attending several trade shows in the coming months in order to capitalize on our success acquiring new businesses." Colleen asked about this portion "we are attending several trade shows in the coming months in order to capitalize on our success acquiring new businesses." In my opinion, John meant the last word to be "business" instead of "businesses". PanAmerican Healthcorp is targeting doctor and medical professional groups across the country to perform third party billing services for. I imagine they are using trade shows to accomplish this goal. Happy Thanksgiving to one and all (almost all).
