Herb, here is your chance. Why do you feel PRWT is a good buy at these levels? Do you think if PRWT would release a 10Q that it would benefit the investors? Why do you think that the Big-Players are not buying at these levels? Why do you think PRWT is not buying shares back at these levels? What would you estimate Pan Americans revenues are to date? How about estimated YTD expenses?? Why do you think PRWT's PR man told JDCPA that an additional 3 states were added to Insider Trading last month and in fact they were not? What do you make of the continued delays on the Belize models and Video phones?? Best Regards

He starts to rave about GGNC and I hung up on him!!!! He called back and I told him I totally forgot about it and I bought PRWT instead. Well after I told him that, he told me that he sits right next to the guy who trades PRWT for his firm. After I cursed him out again, I asked him to fill me in on what's going on. At 4:00 he calls and tells me that THE REASON FOR THE PRICE STAYING DOWN IS THERE IS SOMETHING BIG IN THE WORKS!!!!!! We couldn't talk because his phone at work is taped, so I called his house tonight. He told me that they are in the process of merging with a nasdaq co!! I thought that was a rumor on the boards, but I guess this confirms it. He never would go on-line, I know him!!!!! He said they all are waiting for the P.R. and cant believe how the volume is down!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's all I got because he had to go. I will try for more on monday. You cant be too pushy with these guy's. But for all of us, this is great relief!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope you all can ingest this over the weekend!!!!!! P.S. Very soon, Rosy, it will be clear to all investors what PanAm is actually all about. There is so much good news in the pike, it would make your head spin. Go ahead, keep spouting your nonsense. Soon it won't make a particle of difference anyway.
