No, I want folks to be accurate and not present misimpressions. I don't believe I'm the only one whose opinion of that statement is that you are holding others to higher standards then you do yourself. I think the impression of fraud that was left for many people was the reasons behind the ESVS delisting. The reason of "public concern" is the most telling to me. With the same management running ZULU it is certainly reasonable to suspect that if there is in fact any wrong doing on the part of ESVS management then there is a strong likelihood that there is similar going on within ZULU. Maybe that's why comments from an investor like Brady don't seem all that surprising to me.

No Party you are doing just what everyone now expects you do. You are dragging this out and blowing it up to make it look like you are taking up for Zulu when in actuality your desire is for me and everyone else to bash it. You antagonize the situation as much as possible and make feeble attempts at reverse psychology. If you hadn't said anything and hadn't started spouting off, trying to make a mountain out of a molehill, this would have gone no farther than the one post I made. The articles are there. Anyone can read them. If they want they can look it up on the court docket. As for me, I know what I said, you know what I said and everyone else knows what I said. If you want to bash zulu, do it in a forthright manner and quit using these feeble attempts at mind games. People can see through them. Aleta is absolutely right, you are splitting hairs. bb
