Can anyone (Ellen that includes you) comment more fully on what this really means?

<<If we don't act now, there is a risk that changing circumstances would make the transaction too expensive.>>

Changing circumstances? What else, other than approval and real revenues could this refer to?

Maybe Ellen could tell us what this DOESN'T mean. That way she won't have to unbag any cats.

RobertK, the U.S.Government sucks!! It is possible there is a vast conspiracy of employees designing things like the complete patent site, just to keep me from going to the basic abstract site to find a new patent, on the day it is issued. I had been to the site 5 times today. Unlike Pavlov's dogs, I start salivating even before the bell rings. In California the bell can ring shortly after 11 a.m., but once it rang at 9 a.m. So, from 9 a.m. each Tuesday I cover my keyboard with a paper towel. In conclusion, you had help and lucked out, or I would have been two for two.

But Bob, since there was no press release and the patent does not deal with BPI, it is probably a non novel patent! <g>
