Yeah, Colleen I'm lecturing you again. Lol Yes, I am direct and was asking simple questions without having to read a lot of thread garbage. You could have easily answered them. Prov, if I understand you and Dave from his conversation, there are then some convertibles that could be exercised at any time? Prov, once again thanks. Lakers

Prov I am disappointed to learn that convertible do indeed exist with PLRP, especially after I specifically asked Calkins about this... the trading patterns told me that we had papers flooding the market, and that's why I specifically questioned Calkins about this....but that's water under the bridge at this point... you mentioned that the convertibles were changed into 2M shares... my question is this.... who were the recipients of these convertibles... was it the last 2 PR firms (unfortunately I got conflicting stories on their payment amounts) or is there another financing deal that was not revealed? One financing deal ended up dumping 1M shares into the float.... are there more surprises out there for us?
