Sorry I missed all the fun, but at least we've got some discussion going again, right? :>)

I think Mike wrote that once news about sales, contracts are announced things will turn around. That's my hope/belief as well. Nothing turns around a sinking stock like 20, 50 or 100 buy-orders in a row, if you know what I mean.

I've lost a hell of a lot of money so far, but that means I have to rely on all the great cliches for a moment like this:
"It's not a loss until you sell..."
"It was a long-term hold anyway..."
"As fast as it went down is as fast as it can go up..."
"It's not a 'loss,' it's a 'paper-loss'..."
Et cetera!

Personally, I'm glad to hear the talk about debentures (get it all out in the open, you know) but I hold out some hope that what we mean by debenture is not what Calkins means when he says "debenture." Meaning that the situation is not as bad, perhaps, as we are imagining.

At any event, if I'd played my cards right with this stock I could have had 560,000 shares! And I'd be holding like a stone right now. So what the heck? I have a small fraction of those shares but at least I can still do the "holding like a stone" part <g>.

Good luck all,
Back to waiting and watching...
Chris

Colleen,

Are you sure Wall Street Financial (i.e. Tony) was paid in convertibles? I don't think so. He probably got 1 million shares with performance and minor time restrictions (which probably have either been met or passed already). My understanding is that all the PR people had sold their positions long ago. I think the convertible instrument is held by a third party, only loosely affiliated with WSF through past business dealings. Basically, someone that Tony set up with Dave as a referral. That is my interpretation.
