For those of you having problems with online trading,
call MS Dean Witter. They are very competitive with NDB if you become a preferred customer and the service is
the best I have had in years.

bob, after monday i am thoroughly disgusted with discover. i got screwed on a market order in the morning and am in dispute now. their answer was 1. write to nasd regulatory commission. i said that was unacceptable since i was their customer and not nasd's. but this is the direction they try to push from the beginning. 2.write to our dispute department which i did after 2 days on the phone on hold most of the time was getting me nowhere.
i can guarantee that if this is not settled fairly i will then contact nasd and be gone from discover in a heartbeat.
also notice the new disclaimer when you place an order now that you must check view orders to verify that the order has been received. this takes 4 pages from placing an order to verifying that they received it. their service sucks big time
