You asked about the authorized shares, stating:

SFAD = 999,999,000 shares.
*That* is crazy. What do you believe they plan on doing with these shares?

Then you posted
Safe Aid shall
[already completed at this date] complete a 10 to 1 reverse stock split pursuant to which the number of outstanding shares will be reduced to 70,547,720 as of Closing with no change to the par value of the Common Stock, and shall increase its authorized Common Stock to 999,999,000 shares.

71 million shares outstanding @ $.05 a share is a $3.5 million capitalization.

999,999,000 of authorized shares, you ask what they'll be used for. Who knows? DO YOU? If so, please tell us. Are they planning to buy-out or merge with another company with these shares? WHAT do they have in mind that you claim here is so crazy?
