Gulp ... this is obviously going to be a chat line for people who have reason to hate Onsale. Just what the stock needs right now. I believe most prominent companies by this time have offended enough customers over time to have similar sites. I doubt that such "what's your gripe" forums gain much exposure beyond fellow gripers. Then, too, there is the old saying in public relations, "I don't care what you say about me as long as you spell my name right."

Such sites are a great way for the competition to attempt to create sour grapes. Such sites existed for Iomega for the longest time; come to find out, several of the sites were started by Syquest junkies. Syquest is now bankrupt and many of those sites are now defunct. The people who buy the goods will decide. So far ONSL is the revenue leader. You can't argue with that. They're expected to be profitable by first two quarters of next year.
