I can sure understand your disappointment. You raise valid points. Let us remember that just a few short weeks ago we were dealing with a baby. Could it be that perhaps cci is swamped? Wouldn't that be great news if we got a pr saying we had to shut down like some other e-tailers are doing because of a flood of customers? I understand things are very hectic at tsig/cci. Have faith peacelover,
you are right, now sit tight.

Peacelover, your post is truly troubling. You should be able to buy 20 cards at any time without any problems. No one should need to call you back.

But the fact that they did not call you back says to me that something is not right. You are correct, the customer is king and should be treated with utmost respect.

My guess is that they are still running into a lot of glitches, both in terms of sales and the website which is currently unreachable. Hopefully, time will cure this.

I've had a similar experience. I put in order on Nov 23rd. When I checked it late last week, it was still "pending approval". I called last week and I was told that a customer rep would call me within 48 hours. Guess what, no call!
