Ray you're a prince! You've got more patience than I. Some people are just mad at the world and everything in it and can't be reasoned with. Perhaps this Christmas Season will have a warming effect! I find this time of year tends to be 'softening' as we reflect on our personal blessings -- and we all have them. I hope others can find it softening too.
