Re: AAPL market action.

I agree with other comments that the stock is being manipulated to keep its price low. The player is working a combination of stock and option action.

FWIW, I posted a complaint on this to the SEC. The upshot being: "If this type of market manipulation isn't illegal, why isn't it. And if it is, then what's my recourse?" It felt good, but I have no expectation that it will have any effect.

"It's funny as a graphic design student, I am finding that I can do the same things, run the same programs, etc. on a PC. (I'm in DELL now)"

So I take it that you're using a Dell box? Do you have a Dell OptiPlex or Dell Dimension? I guess what I'm trying to say is that do you own the ugliest machine on the market or the second ugliest machine on the market?

For the uninitiated, you have to see one of the Dell boxes in person and not just pictures in the ads to know what I mean. I've seen a yucky Dell Dimension before...but recently saw a OptiPlex for the first time in the UCLA student store. Boy, my eye was sore for the rest of the day. No wonder Dell sells direct. ;-)

Which graphic design school do you attend by the way? Just curious.

Eric

I've bought and sold my AAPL many times. Dell is too rich for my cheezy little portfolio. But if it splits...
