Yea its always a great kick when I can get a chuckle out of workin a low wage schlep around. I particularly like to say 'What did you say?' to the ones who either can not speak english well or have speech impediments. A lot of these phone and credit card operations are in poorer rural areas and you can alway harrass em by faking the same kind of accent they have. Ethnic jokes are a great way of breaking up the conversation. I once got one of these losers to break into tears when she got so flustered she couldn't read the spiel and I called her stupid. Yep, No doubt about it. Insulting these morons is great way of working off steam and getting back at the Credit card and Telephone companies. Go for it guys!!!

I have a second phone which only goes to the computer, but there is a telephone on the line. I know any call to that number is not one I want to take. I usually answer in a pseudo-foreign language and see how well the caller can immitate before getting frustrated.
