There are lots of individual investors who have one million+ shares.

yes, there are... how likely do you think it would be that they collectively got together and all decided to sell TODAY?????

Let's take everything into account before the finger pointing starts.

if not from a single source, how likely would the majority of these transactions come from a SINGLE MM?????.. a major MM player at that?.. if these transactions were from an unknown MM, then the plays would be suspect... but with downticks, and with the unlikely prospect that a major MM doesn't short pennies... the most likely scenario is that he had some major seller all lined up... if somebody was tracking the buying and selling along with the positioning of the MM's today, this could be cleared up... I got a PM suggesting that Meyerson was the major dealer of "death" today.....

I can see all the trades, real time just like many here do.
real time does nothing to try and figure something like this out.

Hundreds of thousands of shares go at the ask and no movement but a 50k share sell drops the price. Go figure.
It takes more buys to sells in order for the price to move positively..

The mm gain nothing by holding the price down on this stock. Actually they'd do quite well short term to let it run and generate a little interest.
TRUE.... the MM's really don't care, they make their wages from the spreads, the greater the volume, the smaller the spread.

Are you implying that the company is the "single source" of those sells?

never said any such thing... but do we know what ANY of the financing deals have been????..... the answer is NO... but we can easily surmise that there was a major seller today... can't we?

I believe the MM have a lot to gain right here picking up as many cheap shares as they can get there hands on. In the long run if the stock is ready for a break out this will be to their advantage.
