Charlie what do you think triggered the recent decline in TI stock.
Was there really play in the stock during the run up because of buy out rumors mentioning INTEL OR IBM. i never heard any thong until the stock declined.
Looking at past history it would seem that the first QTR has been a good time for the stock to climb---do you think we have a chance for 100 plus in the 1st Qtr?

charlie,

thanks for info...but MOT and Nokia are slightly down too...so it is not an industry specific slow down just a company specific problem...right?

i am looking to get a some TXN for my portfolio for a 1 to 2 year horizon. someone told me they read an article in the ws journal about TXN becoming the intel of DSP. i know they have the leading market share but LU and MOT are no pushovers. any comments?

didnt TXN split a few months ago at 120???
