Right, I know what you are talking about. I was being "serious" with tongue firmly planted in my cheek.

Does any body know enough about the posters who got sued and their "information" to know whether the info they were posting was false or not?

I was poking fun at the American Legal system. I live in Canada, we don't see the silly law suits like I have seen on American TV.

I've wondered what the laws were like in other countries. The whole world probably knows what someone's Miranda rights are, you know, "You have the right to remain silent ..." from our TV shows.

What happens when you're arrested in Canada? not that you would know first hand of course.
