Colleen, any private placement of funds in any stock, has to have a one year restriction.

The total Authorized is 750 million.

I called the TA on Friday and the total O/S was still 609 million

The total float was still 220 million

If an insider wants to sell they still have to file a form 144, even if the company is still not a reporting company.

If Myerson is naked shorting (Which I think is the case) IT could be purely Myerson doing it.

I know that on NASDAQ issues they have to file a report within 30 days, but I think OTC are exempt. Not positive.

Jhild is up on the rules and regulations.

Nevada Corporations can sell shares on the open market without filing, but not 25 million shares.

Either Way, I don't believe this is indicative of PanAms current situation. Seems to me, the facts have not changed from last week to this week.

At any rate, I wouldn't give this much concern.

Secretly I am hoping it is a major short position, and that John Schmitz does retaliate.

Colleen,

If there are 'persons' putting money into PRWT to finance their business plan, why would those same individuals sell heavy at under .02? Why not build up the stock value and ride it out a few months or year and sell at a much higher figure?
