Roger,

this would depend on what their arrangements were.... if they can short the stock down and them claim more shares (debenture)... they would get quite the nice pay off... but then, we get a bigger dilution out of this deal... this is why it would be nice to know the arrangements.

I think iso's got half the picture... I think we're being shorted, but WHY.. this is what needs to be asked....
