Well, Colleen I looked for the rule change at the SEC site, where restricted stock must be for 12 months, but I havn't found it yet.

It's there, but, (I hate the Sec Database)

When I have more time, I'll find it.

I did a general search, and only came up with 200 documents to read, some over 300k so I'll have to narrow the search

Unless someone can remember the date the rule changed

What kind of "arrangements" can be made that circumvent the SEC rule of a one year hold on restricted stock?
